Basement Apartment Floods after heavy rain storm

If you live in Oregon you know we have heavy rain constantly. This customer's basement apartment flooded after having a heavy rain storm the night before. The water receded quite a bit on it's own, however we still had to perform some extraction services along with some demo and a full dry out.

In the before picture you will see our equipment set up to help facilitate the drying process for this family.

In the after picture you will see we were able to dry the majority of their home in place, however we did have to remove carpet and pad due to a rug that had been placed in the hallway which bled colors into the carpet.
